Descubren fallecida mujer bajo manta en Tultitlán, Estado de México

Un female body wrapped in a brown blanket was discovered by scrap collectors in San Pablo de las Salinas, Tultitlán, Estado de Mexico, on April 1st. The event took place near a dirt road parallel to kilometer 17 of the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, where police officers secured the area.

In a separate incident, a police officer was killed in Tultitlán while trying to prevent a robbery at a local Oxxo store. The officer, Raúl Alejandro Cruz Hernández, was shot by the fleeing suspects and died instantly. Despite an extensive search, the perpetrators remain at large.

The womans body was found in a desolate area, wrapped in a brown blanket and wearing maroon pants. Forensic experts are currently investigating the cause of death.

In early March, a newborn baby was found in a bag of garbage by a waste collector in Tultitlán. Despite efforts to revive the baby, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The mother was later arrested.
